The Grimminggarten flat, which was completed in March 2021, impresses with full panoramic windows, a covered terrace and a garden with a fantastic view of the Grimming. The 2-room flat has 56 sqm, offers space for 4 people and is tastefully furnished. The flat has a large living room with kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with WC and a separate WC. Furthermore, a private carport is at your disposal.

The flat is located in an elevated position on the outskirts of Tauplitz. The village centre can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. There you will find a small Spar grocery shop, a post office, several restaurants, a sports shop and the tourist information. From the village centre you can reach the valley station of the chairlift in 3 minutes. This takes you to the impressive lake plateau of the Tauplitzalm – an unparalleled paradise for hikers.

The terrace

A wonderful feel-good zone in the Grimminggarten flat is the almost 16 sqm large covered terrace. It provides natural shade during the day – except for about 2 hours during lunchtime – and offers protection from wind and rain. This allows you to sit outside on balmy summer days even in bad weather. The terrace is equipped with a large eucalyptus solid wood table and 4 multi-position armchairs. The inclination of the armchairs can be adjusted in 4 steps so that they can also be used as deckchairs. Or you can lie down in the hammock (Hutsch-Sack) and enjoy the wonderful nature arena around the Grimming while swinging.

The garden

A special attraction of the Grimminggarten flat – besides the covered terrace – is the beautiful south-facing garden. Here you can sunbathe, relax and barbecue with a fantastic view of the Grimming. The garden is equipped with 2 high-quality sun loungers, a large parasol and a small mobile table. Depending on the position of the sun, you can place the table in the garden at will, so that you can enjoy your morning coffee or a refreshing drink in the afternoon. Holiday heart, what more do you want….

The living room

The large full-surface window front of the living room offers a breathtaking view of the Grimming at any time of day. You can choose whether you prefer to admire this natural spectacle from the pull-out leather couch or from the relaxing armchair. A large solid wood table is available for dining and cosy get-togethers. Furthermore, the living room is equipped with a 49 inch Smart TV.

The kitchen

The new modern kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cooking pots and various accessories. It has an induction cooker, a dishwasher, an oven and a refrigerator. An espresso maker, a French press and a milk frother are available for making coffee. Right next to the kitchen island is a glass cabinet where you will find a large selection of glasses (for juice, beer, wine, spirits, etc.).

The bedroom

For a restful sleep, the large double bed (180 x 200 cm) is equipped with high-quality slatted frames and mattresses. In addition to the standard pillows (80 x 40 cm), large pillows (70 x 90 cm) and foam pillows are also available. There are dimmable reading lamps above the two bedside cabinets. These are also equipped with a USB connection for your mobile phone or tablet. On the wall side, you will find a large sliding-door wardrobe that offers you a lot of storage space and also has loading elements. Enjoy the direct access from the bedroom to the covered terrace and the garden!

Bath & WC

The Grimminggarten flat has a bathroom with WC and a separate WC. The bathroom has a large mirror with LED lighting, a spacious shower cubicle, several towel rails and sufficient shelves for your toiletries. There is also a hairdryer and a washing machine in the bathroom. Like the entire flat, the bathroom is also equipped with underfloor heating.
